Order Policy:

Claims: All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days from receipt of the order.

Confirming Orders: All confirming orders must be clearly marked as "CONFIRMATION". This would avoid duplication of orders and ensure no duplicate billings to you. ASD cannot be responsible for duplication of orders if not clearly marked on confirming order.

Minimum Charge: A minimum charge of $25.00 is for all orders. No minimum is charged for all orders totaling more than $25.00.

Cancellation Charge: $20.00 plus normal charges apply if work has already begun.

Color Change Charge: If any color needs to be changed during a production run, a charge of $10.00 per color is applied for each screen color change. If the order is a reorder of a design previously printed here, no charge is made for a different color to be run.

Freight Charges/Shipping Weights: American Screen Designs uses the most recent freight rate charts supplied to us by individual carriers. A $1.00 per box handling charge is in addition to actual freight charges.

Express Freight: Federal Express is available and may even be charged to your account number.

Split Shipment Charge: Add $7.00 Per destination; this may also delay production/delivery time.

PMS Matching: Add $60.00 per PMS Color; allow four (4) days extra production time per color. Imprint on dark materials will require white underlay to obtain true PMS Match (requires additional set-up and color charge. PMS matches cannot be guaranteed. The option of requesting as close a match as possible is available at no charge.

Terms: 1/2 down, 1/2 upon approval of artwork or strike off. Net 10 Days upon approval of credit process. We accept MasterCard and Visa. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE IN U.S. FUNDS.

Reorders: Please specify the most recent Job Order number from your previous invoice, along with specific item and imprinted colors, on all orders. Set-up charges for reorders are offered at a reduced rates. Set-up charges for additional colors and/or locations on reorders are at full charge.

Over- or under-runs: Permissible 5% and billable.

Method of shipping: Please specify deadline use date and appropriate method of shipping to meet your deadline if method of shipping is not specified, we reserve the right to overnight in order to meet your deadline.

Production Time: Standard service runs approximately 7 days (not including holidays) . We may need an additional 3 days when producing an additional location print. Production time does not include the day the order is received by the factory; Production time will begin after approval of credit, item, and/or authorization of paper proof.

Custom Printing Customer Material: To have your blank material imprinted, call factory.

Unprinted Merchandise: Materials are available for purchase without decoration. Blank materials orders follow the same procedures as printed materials.

Shipments: F.O.B. factory in Tennessee.

Credits: Unused credits will be reversed/voided after 18 months.

Normal Packaging: Bulk, unless otherwise specified; (refer to item packaging in Split Shipment charges).

Artwork: To expedite your order, artwork may be sent on CD-ROM, Zip tape, 3-1/2" diskette, or via e-mail. Please contact the Company and request a copy of the art guidelines prior to sending art on disk or on e-mail. Our Art Department uses Macintosh computers and cannot guarantee files sent from PC platforms will be usable. The following programs are utilized: Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
